Tank is coated with black mate color to 40-80 Micron on outside. 3. Tank is seam welded at overlap and end cover. 4. Tank is tested for weld leakage at 0.5 bar. 5. Warpage upto 3 to 5 mm is allowed maximum. 6. Filler cap (Filter element-10 micron, Flow capacity-1800 Lpm). 7. Oil filter (Nominal flow-150 Lpm, Peak flow-300 Lpm, Filter element micron rating- 25 µ). 8. Salts spray test as per ASTM B-117 standards passed on min 240 hrs. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS: Oil tank rear mounted on chassis Before mounting the tank. All fittings parts sent in the package should be checked for they can be used. Vibration rubbers should be between the chassis and tank support. All fittings used for tank support should be tightened equally. The fittings mounted on the tank should be checked once a week.If fittings have not O Ring, teflon tape or fluid sealant should be used. Tank oil level should not be higher than max level of indicator. Do not make any welding operation on the tank. Oil tank air filter and oil filter should be cleaned two times in years. * Oil level should be maintained upto middle of the bulls eye (Red point) after one cycle of tipping. © 2016 All
