Overview
The PROKOS XT is a multi-axis grinding center designed for high-speed grinding and complete machining of complex workpieces. It integrates grinding, drilling, and milling operations in a single clamping, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Complete Machining
The machine is optimized for grinding, drilling, and milling, offering significant advantages such as reduced processing times, increased accuracy, and greater process reliability. It features a laser system for tool calibration, suitable for tools with internal cooling.

Speed Stroke Grinding
This method provides high productivity with extremely high feed rates and accelerations, low thermal loading on workpieces, and reduced tool costs due to decreased grinding wheel wear.

Tool Changer
The PROKOS XT includes a tool changer with 24 positions for tools up to 300 mm in diameter, allowing for short tool change times and high flexibility. It supports grinding wheels, cutters, drills, and measuring probes, with tool changes possible during operation.

SmartCAM Software
SmartCAM is developed for efficient programming of 5 or 6-axis machining operations, reducing planning times and increasing reliability. It offers collision testing, CAD consistency, and maintains flexibility during the grinding process.
