Logistical processes are complex, coordinated and highly automated so that goods can be transported from A to B cost-effectively, quickly and reliably. Nevertheless, there are always things that do not fit into the scheme. In such cases, employees have to move heavy loads manually. In many situations, even conventional tools such as pallet trucks, forklifts or electric tugs are not suitable: tight spaces, bulky loads, limited turning circles. It has to be moved „by hand“.
