We perform rigourous quality checks on all the materials we use to make our polyurethane. Our production systems keep a detailed record of the entire production process. Any faults or defects are detected immediately so that we can rectify them. We use high-quality injection moulding equipment to ensure that our wheels stay within specified tolerances and are correctly centred. We take samples from each batch and use specialised testing equipment to check that they meet the required specifications.
