Startup Procedure:
  1. Screw the flange into the drum's bunghole and insert the dipstick.
  2. Ensure the check valve ball moves freely.
  3. Insert the inlet pipe with the Jetmix into the drum flange and secure it.
  4. Place the outlet hose over the coolant tank, ensuring it is not submerged.
  5. Calibrate the Jetmix with a refractometer and set the desired concentration.
  6. Apply water pressure before turning on the combined handle.
  7. Turn off the combined handle first before the water supply.
