EQUIPMENT FOR REGENERATION OF INDUSTRIAL FLUIDS MAGGIE - Magne c in-line separa on filters High intensity magne c separator fi ed in-line. The simplicity of the product design allows working 24/7 operaon, while the footprint is four mes smaller than tradi onal magne c filters. Single Maggie units can be combined to accommodate the flow rate/loading characteris cs of the applica on. Fully automated in-line systems built with very powerful rareearth magnets which, thanks to the unique features of internal flow, remove par cles down to 1-5 microns. Maggie does not require any maintenance or the presence of an operator, there are no consumables nor addi onal management costs. The contaminated fluid enters the separator from the connecon at the top using system pressure, requiring no addi onal pumps. The flow rate within the device is reduced, maximizing the contact me between the par cles and the magne c field. In addion, the patented design forces the dirty fluid to follow a circuitous route inside the filter. The fluid comes into contact with thin-walled stainless steel pipes, which contain magnets. The magnets generate up to 10,000 gauss and are 15 mes more powerful than conven onal magnets.
