vlexotec VLEXOTEC – the new screening system of Binder+Co The use of screening elements made of high-quality PU in various degrees of hardness allows manifold applications. The wear resisting material of the screening elements guarantees a high life cycle and optimal screening behavior. Girders are welded to a frame structure. In case of screening machines with installed crossheads, the girders are fixed to these crossheads. Assembly and Disassembly The screening elements are inserted into the supporting structure and wedged into the girders by knocking in the clamping strip. The screening elements are dismounted by pulling the clamping strips out of the girders. VLEXOTEC can be used universally, is extremely robust and is extremely wear resistant The design makes it possible to fix screening and wearing parts in a non-positive way and to achieve maximum flexibility because the screening elements can be exchanged rapidly and easily.
