The TD Impact Crusher is designed for sand production with specific dimensions and capabilities. The model T 1400 D has dimensions in mm: A - 2242, B - 1852, C - 3168, D - 1750, E - 1400, F - 820, H - 2360, L - 2815, W - 2380.
This crusher is capable of comminuting various types of rock, producing a high percentage of sand in the output. It is equipped with a new device that enhances the standard tertiary impact crushers, allowing for the production of aggregates with small granulometry (4 - 10mm) and a significant portion of material smaller than 4mm. The feeding system uses a dosing impeller connected to the rotor shaft via a toothed belt, ensuring a constant rotation speed. This setup reduces oversized material and enhances the crushing effect while minimizing wear on components like the hammers.
The model T 1400 D can handle a feeding size of 4 to 20 mm, with an output capacity of 80 to 150 t/h. It operates with a power range of 200 to 250 kW and a rotor speed of 890 to 1100 r.p.m. The output contains 70 to 90% material smaller than 5 mm, and the unit weighs 15,750 kg.

Comminution of the most different typology of rock with high percentage of sand in the output. The new device added to our range of standard tertiary impact crushers to comminute aggregates in small granulometry (4 - 10mm) with a high percentage of material smaller than 4mm in the output.
