Binder-Co Delabeling machine

Binder-Co Delabeling machine

Product catalog summary
Introduction
The document discusses the delabeling machine for waste cullet, focusing on its role in modern waste-glass processing and profitability optimization. The machine addresses the challenge of label and coating residues on cullet, which affect the quality sorting of glass.

Specifications and Features
The delabeling machine developed by Binder+Co AG is based on extensive experience in wet processing of bulk materials. It features high-wear-resistant paddles that create a compressed rubbing action to remove labels. Key specifications include drive-speed regulation, adjustable conveying slope, and customizable construction length to optimize operation duration and abrasion.

Benefits
The machine is crucial for waste-glass processing plants, offering efficient label removal, low maintenance, and operating costs. It ensures careful treatment of feed material and adapts to required throughput capacity.

Binder-Co Delabeling machine-1

delabeling machine for waste cullet Highest requirements in modern waste-glass processing and the optimisation of profitability constantly demand new methods of improving pre-processing of the material in hand. Sized cullet often has a high proportion of labels and coating residues from paper, plastics or various laminates which considerably hamper the clear-cut sizing of glass quality by means of optical separators. Oversorting, also known as glass loss, is the logical consequence. Based on many years of experience in the wet processing of bulk materials, Binder+Co AG has managed to further develop a log washer for the efficient removal of labels on waste cullet. The attrition of the label materials is achieved by high-wear-resistant paddles which initiate a compressed rubbing action between the cullet pieces. Due to drive-speed regulation, adjustable conveying slope, and construction length of the box, the duration of operation and thus the abrasion itself can be optimised. And it goes without saying that the feed material is treated with the highest care. In general, the specific construction length is adapted to the required throughput capacity. The delabeling machine from Binder+Co is an important process component for practically all waste-glass processing plants. Finally, the technical concept is rounded off by its low maintenance and operating costs.
