The QLD 125i is an intelligent lifting device designed to meet high standards of ergonomics, safety, and efficiency. It offers easy operation with outstanding responsiveness, regardless of load weight, and is suitable for large working areas such as production lines.

Manoeuvring
The device is operated using Binar Handling’s patented control handle and rope angle sensors, which provide precise speed control. The system requires minimal force to engage up/down motion, and movement stops immediately when the handle is released. The maximum horizontal speed is 1m/sec.

End Effector
End effectors are customizable to fit customer needs, with intelligent I/O signals for optimal functionality. The system includes a unique integrated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic swivel for continuous rotation.

Applications
The QLD 125i is versatile for use in production lines and various workstations, enhancing ergonomics and productivity without compromising precision and safety. It is delivered preassembled with one lifting motor and three motors for X and Y movements.
