Product description Pump Multiport DESCRIPTION The multiport electrical grease pump is designed to feed progressive lubrication systems. It can be supplied with 1, 2 or 3 discharge elements with fixed or adjustable outputs. Differents voltages are available: continuous, single phase or three phase. The reservoirs are metal or plastic with or without low level switch. OPERATION The multiport pump is equipped with an eccentric gear reducer wich operates with one or more discharge element pushing lubricant into lubrication lines. Control : The pumps can be supplied with an electrical low level switch. Each discharge element is equipped With a safety valve wich prevents over pressure in the system.

HOW TO ORDER Define the correct reference using the code below : Example : Multiport 1, fixed outlet with a 4 kg reservoir equipped with low level switch, electric motor : 220/280 VAC With an extra outlet: 1 x MULTI 4 BE + 1 x 282784 Pump code Without low level switch (2 Kg only) With low level switch Other voltage (contact Bijur). Nota: Multiport pump can be equipped with adjustable pumping element (0 to 0,16 per revolution) which must be ordered separately. (Part number AK442).

SINGLE PHASE AND 3 PHASE MULTIPORT PUMP Ref: MULTI4BE with a discharge element 282784 Start up and service: Fill the reservoir with a manual or a pneumatic grease gun by using the grease nipple which is located at the bottom of the reservoir. After having primed the pump, check the system has been pressurised. I if it has not, check the direction of rotation of the motor. Check and control periodically the grease level and the safety valve.
