The controller provides for efficient heating and cooling at the lowest possible noise level. The controller comes standard with a weekly timer and a room thermostat and can also be combined with, for instance, a CO2 sensor, (see page 7). Basic (without control): The fan coil unit (only the recirculation model) is provided with a transformer and is wired in a fixed speed. 2. Airside control This controller regulates the fan speed (3 speeds) to achieve the desired room temperature. 3. Combined air- and waterside controller This controller regulates both the fan speed and the discharge air temperature to achieve the desired room temperature.
