Overview: The Mod. 370 AF 90° CNC is a hydraulic machine designed for high-volume cutting of small to medium-sized parts, suitable for mechanical workshops and carpentry requiring quality and speed. A key feature is the minimal waste due to the blade's position between two clamps.

Technical Specifications: The machine features a welded base structure, a hardened aluminum arch mounted on tapered roller bearings, and a reducer group with hardened and ground gears. It includes a spheroidal cast iron clamp group, a hydraulic control unit, adjustable WIDIA guide pads, mechanical blade tensioning, a motorized cleaning brush, and rapid descent and ascent controlled by a sensor. The front-mounted arch control cylinder enhances system stability and blade longevity. The CNC model includes a chip evacuator, adjustable pressure based on material section and type, a material feeder carriage with transverse oscillation, automatic length control by encoder, a digital display for piece length setting, and an electronic speed variator (inverter). The electrical system complies with CE standards, and the machine is finished in red RAL 3001 with a blue RAL 5014 base.

Optional Accessories: Pressure regulators for clamps, mechanical and hydraulic bundle cutting, dry cutting device, input and output roller conveyors in various lengths, side and rear water recovery guards, chip evacuator (automatic only), and mechanical blade speed variator (automatic only).

Cutting Capacity: The machine is recommended for automatic cutting of solid materials not exceeding Ø 150 mm. It offers precise positioning with a tolerance of ±0.2 mm and a final piece length of 25 mm.

Recommended Blades: Bimetal cobalt M42 blades are suggested, with specific tooth configurations based on material section.
