Overview

The Mod. 370 AF is a hydraulic band saw designed for high-volume cutting of small to medium-sized parts with various cross-sections. It is suitable for mechanical workshops and metal fabrication shops requiring quality and speed. A key feature is the final cut segment where the blade is positioned between two clamps to minimize waste. The cutting feed cylinder is located near the movable carriage, ensuring stability and precision over time.

Performance and Dimensions

Cutting Capacity

Recommended maximum cutting diameter for solid material is 150 mm. The machine is optimized for automatic cutting of solid bars.

Recommended Blade Tooth Pitch

Tooth pitch selection depends on material section size:

• For sections 2-6 mm: fine tooth pitch
• For sections 6-10 mm: medium tooth pitch
• For sections greater than 10 mm: coarse tooth pitch

Recommended blade type: Bimetal cobalt M42.

Control Panels and Features

• Automatic model: Digital length display, motorized brush, mechanical pressure regulator, and control panel.
• CNC model: Full CNC control panel with program memory, chip extractor, electronic speed inverter, and encoder-based length control.
