The whole Unistar family can handle multiple die toolings with a maximum speed of about 210 strokes per minute, depending on the product diameter. Our fully automatic sheet feed press includes sheet de-stacking, alignment table with safer and more accurate sheet feeding, skeleton transportation unit, higher outputs and an optional a zero idle strokes version. Additionally customers can choose between two sheet lubrication systems: roller or spray lubrication. Main technical details of the Unistar are as follows: • Press body extra thick in steel welded design and specially heat treated for stress annealing Direct, flywheel or geared drive Suitable for single, double and multi dies Including hydraulic overload device Semi- or fully automatic sheet feeding system - Semi: Sheet is destacked and lubricated manually - Fully: Fully automated process from destacking up to stamping free of idle strokes (different option levels) Minimum sheet size 700 mm x 700 mm Maximum sheet size 1200 mm x 1200 mm Sheet thickness from 0,13 mm to 0,49 mm Different feeding options available - 2,3 or 4 axis feeding - with or without idle strokes Quick changeover either sideways or from the back Biagosch & Brandau GmbH & Co.
