Design
The Flame Scanner 7.0 is a comprehensive flame monitoring system designed to work with a flame amplifier from the 3000 series. Housing Versions
The Flame Scanner 7.0 is available in two housing variants:

ATEX Zone 1: Ex-housing with dimensions of 290 mm length and 130 mm diameter, weighing 5.0 kg.
ATEX Zone 2: Standard housing with dimensions of 235 mm length, 108 mm width, and 190 mm height, weighing 1.5 kg.

Spectral sensitivities range from IR 1050 nm to 2700 nm.
Power supply is 24 V DC with a maximum current consumption of 200 mA per Flame Scanner.
Self-checking is fully electronic, occurring once per second.
Angle of view is 2.7° with sight port and purge air connections.

Connection Diagram
Includes power supply connections, self-test impulse, signal ground, and flame signal connections. Special configurations are available upon request.
