Introduction
The BEUMER fillpac® FFS is an innovative form fill seal system designed to address the challenges of filling and packaging chemical and petrochemical products, such as high product temperatures and special flow characteristics.

System Overview
The system integrates three functions: forming bags from prefabricated tubular PE film, filling them with product, and sealing the bags. It operates at a capacity of up to 2,600 bags per hour, ensuring reliable, gentle, and sustainable filling with precise weights due to an integrated weighing unit.

The symmetrical design allows operation from any side, and the system can be customized with options like print mark control and automatic film roll exchange. It can handle pre-stretched film and offers free or rail-based maneuverability.
