Installation Instructions for Compression Fittings Step 1 Cut the PE pipe at right angle. Step 2 Push nut and clamping ring onto the pipe. Step 3 Push the pipe onto the cylindrical socket up to the end. Step 4 Tighten the nut firmly. Note: • When applied in hot water installations please warm up the connection up to 60° - 80° after assembly and retighten the nut, • Pre-heated pipes enable an easier installation, • For thread connections to metal parts the permitted operation pressure is 4 bar in principle, • Corrosion protection acc. to DIN 50929 is necessary on site in the field of buried pipelin...

Installation Instructions for Flange Connectors Step 1 Cut the pipe at a right angle. Step 2 Chamfer the pipe (the outer pipe surface has to be clean and free of grooves). Step 3 Push flange and clamping ring onto the pipe (same sequence as shown in the picture). Step 4 Knock in insert pipe completely. Step 5 Push the pipe into the fitting body up to the end. Step 6 Connect flange and body positively while tightening the screws equally so that tilting is avoided.
