Specifications: Internal parts are made of brass or corrosion-treated steel. The chassis fits a 2 1/8” hole, with backsets available in 2 3/4”, 3 3/4”, and 5”. Knobs are machined from solid brass or bronze, and roses are reinforced with steel liners. The lock accommodates door thicknesses from 1 3/8” to 2”, with special trims for thicker doors.
How to Order: Orders must specify key mark, number of keys, or designate L/C for less core. Options include various backsets, core housings, functions, knob styles, rose styles, strike packages, and finishes.
Shipping Weights: Shipping weights vary by function, with weights listed for both "with core" and "less core" shipments.
Knob Styles & Trim: Knobs are available in styles #4 and #6, with roses in styles A, C, and D. The breakaway feature allows knobs to spin freely under excessive force.
Special Features: Includes reversible knob face, lead-lined feature for X-ray protection, spin-free feature for security, and tactile features for accessibility.
Functions: The lock offers various functions such as single keyed entrance, storeroom, service station, hotel guest room, classroom, dormitory, and more. Each function has specific locking and unlocking mechanisms for both inside and outside levers.
Special Functions: Electrified options include electrically locked (DEL) and electrically unlocked (DEU) functions, powered by 24 Volts DC.
