Product catalog summary
Introduction
The W6000 Series is a high-performance waterborne basecoat system designed for automotive applications. It offers excellent hiding power, blending capability, and a high-quality finish. The system is supported by a comprehensive color matching process using a spectrophotometer and a chromatic color chart.

Substrates and Surface Preparation
For steel substrates, use PF/9110, PF/7040, PF/7016 after sanding with P320, P400, or apply wet on wet with PW/9110, PW/7040, PW/7016. For plastics, use PL/7870, PL/9005 for bumpers, and PL/1895 for various plastics like PP, PUR, PS, etc. Degrease with SO/1020 - SO/4020 silicone cleaner.

Product Description
The W6000 Series includes solid, metallic, pearl, and special effect bases, along with additives and water-based diluents. It ensures a perfect car finish with excellent gloss and durability when used with SINNEK putties, varnishes, and fillers.

Mixing Ratios
For solid colors, mix Color W6000 with WSO/6000, WSO/6001, or WSO/6002 depending on temperature. For metallic, pearl, and special effect colors, add WHA 6050 and adjust the diluent proportion based on temperature and tonality.

Application Process
Apply 1-2 coats with evaporation between coats. Use a gravity spray gun with a 1.2-1.3 mm nozzle at 1.5-2 bar pressure. For metallic and pearl finishes, apply a light coat for effect control. Use WA/6080 DRY ADDITIVE in low temperature and high humidity conditions.

Storage and VOC Compliance
Store ready-to-use colors for 2-3 months in a dry, ventilated place at temperatures above 5ºC. The W6000 Series complies with European Norm 2004/42/CE II(D) with VOC content <420 g/l.

Safety and Hygiene
Use appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid irritation. The product is for professional use only.

Dilution Guide
