Hydraulik-Zentralverteiler, Pneumatik-Zentralverteiler Hydraulic centralised distributor, pneumatic centralised distributor HZV-RTM, PZV-RTM Anwendung Die Zentralverteiler sind fur die Druckmedienzufuhrung an Takt-maschinen, wie Rundtisch- und Schalttrommelautomaten ausgelegt. Die Vielzahl der individuellen Schaltmglichkeiten sind dem Daten-blatt zu entnehmen. Konstruktionsmerkmale Der Zentralverteiler besteht im wesentlichen aus dem feststehenden Verteilerstuck und dem Verteilergehuse. Das Verteilergehause taktet jeweils mit dem Rundtisch oder der Schalttrommel. Das fest-stehende Verteilerstuck enthalt zwei Anschlusse fur die Ladestation (Spannen und Entspannen), einen Anschluss fur die Arbeitsstationen (Dauerdruck) sowie einen Anschluss fur Leck䢴lruckfuhrung. Gber die Gewindebohrung M 8 x 1 ist der Pneumatik-Zentralverteiler mit der Zentralschmierung zu verbinden. Beim Hydraulik-Zentralverteiler entfallt dieser Anschluss. Zur zwanglosen Drehmomentabstutzung des Verteilerstucks ist die Bohrung 0 20 x 10 vorgesehen. Please refer to the data sheet for the extensive range of individual switching possibilities. Design features The centralised distributor essentially consists of the fixed distributor piece and the distributor housing. The distributor housing indexes together with the turntable or indexing drum. The fixed distributor piece accommodates two connections for the loading station (clamping and unclamping), one connection for the work stations (continuous pressure), as well as one connection for the leak oil return. The pneumatic centralised distributor is connected to the central lubrication system via the tapped hole M 8 x 1. This connection is not required for the hydraulic centralised distributor. The 0 20 x 10 hole is provided for unforced torque support.
