Spannsätze der Bauart HK, HKR sind zum Spannen von Hohlschaftwerkzeugen nach DIN 69893 bestimmt. Gripper of the type HK, HKR are designed for clamping hollow shank tools according to DIN 69893. Design features HK, HKR-Spannsätze weisen sechs Spannklauen auf, die von einer Ringfeder gehalten und beim Einwechseln und Entnehmen der Hohlschaftwerkzeuge eine Kippbewegung ausführen. Beim Spannen verstärkt die Keilschräge der zentral angeordneten Zugschraube die Betätigungskraft und erzeugt damit an den Spannklauen eine vielfach höhere Spannkraft. Die spezielle tribolgische Beschichtung garantiert eine größtmögliche Spannkraftkonstanz. Der Spannsatz ist wartungsfrei. Eine Konterschraube erlaubt die stufenlose Lagebestimmung und Fixierung des Spannsatzes in der Z-Achse. Zum Montieren und Demontieren sind keine Spezialwerkzeuge erforderlich. Die Spindelinnenkontur ist einfach zu fertigen. Das HK, HKR-Spannsystem unterscheidet sich vom HKSpannsystem durch eine zusätzliche Rastfunktion, die das Werkzeug in der Lösestellung sicher in der Spindel hält. HK, HKR gripper have six collets held by an annular spring which allows a rocking movement for inserting and removing the hollow shank tools. During clamping the taper of the centrally positioned draw-bolt increases the actuation force, thereby generating a much higher clamping force at the collets. The special tribolic coating guarantees the highest possible constant clamping force. The gripper is maintenance free. A locking bolt permits infinitely variable positioning and fixation of the gripper in the Z axis. No special tools are required for assembly and disassembly. The spindle has an easy to produce interior contour. The HK, HKR-gripper has a built-in snaphold feature allowing a toll to be hold securely in the spindel even in unclamped position. Sofern an dieser Stelle dazu keine Möglichkeit gegeben ist, muss der Anschlag an anderer Stelle erfolgen. When clamping without a tool the draw-bolt of the gripper is supported at the end of the total stroke hT in the depth ‘m’ inside the spindle. If no possibility for the stop is provided at this point, it has to occur at a different point.
