The ELIGN hub teeth are manufactured using the latest state of the art CNC machines, and are manufactured from quality forged carbon steel, and are subjected to a number of quality checks and tests. Although the shafts can be accurately aligned at the time of installation, it is likely that during the operation the alignment may get disturbed due to settling of the foundation, thermal expansion, shaft deflection, wearing out of other parts, improper maintenance or many other reasons. Lubrication Each coupling half is provided with a grease nipple / plug from where grease can be filled directly.
