Launching InstaShare 2 on the display Follow either way to access InstaShare 2 on the display: • On the IFP main interface, select Wireless Projection > InstaShare 2. • Click Apps The software supports several languages, though you cannot change the setting from the software. It follows the operating system language setting. English is used if the selected display language is not supported by the software. Connection Tutorial window Connecting Information window Follow the guide to connect and pair your device with the display. Shows the display name, pairing code and connection password while presenting. The window is set on screen by default. To close the window, see Advanced Settings on page 8 for more information. Host Controls window Allows you to control the whole session and participant actions. See Host Controls window on page 6 for more information.

Checking network connection Before pairing your devices to the display, make sure your display is properly connected to the lnternet. 1. Go to Settings > Network in BenQ display to check your network connection. 2. You can choose to connect via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Hotspot depends on your connection environment. 3. After setting up the Internet connection, your Internet information will then be shown on the Connection Tutorial window as below. 4. Managing the display and presentation Host Controls window To manage a meeting, directly make any changes on the of the BenQ display. If you want to control the display while sharing contents on your own device, make sure you have downloaded InstaShare 2 app and are assigned as the Host of the meeting. 1 You can change the name of the display in Advanced Settings.
