Modular DC Power Systems Tebechop 3000 I and 12000 I

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides detailed information on the TEBECHOP 3000 I and 12000 I modular DC power systems by BENNING, designed for industrial applications. These systems offer high availability, efficiency, and scalability, suitable for critical infrastructure in industries such as petrochemical, power distribution, and automation control.
Specifications: The TEBECHOP 3000 I and 12000 I systems are modular, allowing for flexible power scaling and redundancy. The 3000 I supports up to 5 modules with a maximum output of 15,000 W, while the 12000 I is a single-module system with outputs up to 120 kW. Both systems offer high efficiency (over 90%) and a wide range of DC output voltages (24 V, 48 V, 60 V, 110 V, and 220 V).
Design and Features: The systems are designed for easy installation and maintenance, featuring hot-pluggable modules and a compact 19” rack design. They include a microprocessor-controlled MCU 2500 for local and remote monitoring, supporting various communication protocols such as RS-232, Ethernet, and SNMP.
Efficiency and Performance: The systems maintain high efficiency across a wide load range, contributing to reduced energy costs. They also feature temperature-compensated battery charging and excellent dynamic behavior with low ripple.
Applications: These power systems are ideal for environments requiring reliable power supply and backup, such as telecommunications and information industries, with capabilities to protect against power disturbances and failures.
Monitoring and Control: The MCU 2500 provides extensive monitoring capabilities, allowing for system status checks and alarm monitoring both locally and remotely. It supports integration into system cabinets and offers flexibility to meet various customer specifications.
Advantages: Key benefits include high power density, energy savings, unity power factor, and robust monitoring capabilities. The systems are designed to be adaptable to different customer needs, with options for wall and floor cabinets, as well as AC and DC distribution solutions.
