ADC modular

Product catalog summary
Overview: BENNING's ADC range of modular rectifier systems is designed for continuous DC power supply in industrial and telecommunication sectors. These systems are compatible with lead acid and NiCd batteries, suitable for mission-critical applications.
Specifications: The ADC rectifier line includes power modules of 300 W and 600 W, with DC output voltages of 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, 60 V, and 108 V. The 600 W module can be configured for 216 V systems using two 108 V modules in series. They comply with DIN 41773 standards for output characteristics.
Design Variants: Available in three configurations: module version, 19-inch plug-in unit, and wall cabinet versions, each offering different power outputs and monitoring capabilities, including LCD displays and alarm LEDs.
Key Features: The rectifiers have a wide input voltage range (93 V - 264 V) and a power factor of 0.98. They support battery-assisted and standalone operations, with temperature-compensated charging for battery longevity. Alarm and monitoring functions include high/low DC output voltage alarms, mains failure alerts, and battery circuit tests.
Operational Functions: Features include programmable float/boost charging, equalize charge modes, and earth fault monitoring. Battery tests can be scheduled automatically, with intervals adjustable between 30 to 365 days.
Technical Data: Detailed specifications include input/output voltage and current, efficiency, ripple, noise voltage, and protection standards. Designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -5°C to 50°C and altitudes up to 2000 meters.
Applications: Suitable for process and transportation industries, telecommunication, power generation, and distribution utilities, ensuring reliable DC power during mains failures or disturbances.
Contact Information: Lists contact details for BENNING offices worldwide, providing support and sales information across various regions.

All ADC rectifiers have the following operation and monitoring functions High DC output voltage If the DC output voltage level rises above the legal level, the output of the ADC shuts down. An alarm signal activates the common internal alarm relay and the red LED lights up. Low DC output voltage The ADC will not switch off if the DC output level falls under the adjusted level, but a time delayed alarm signal will be linked to the common internal alarm relay and indicated via the red LED.
