Concept: Horizontal continuous dryers in modular design. According to the speciffic application required the modules are fitted with short-, medium-, or long-wave-IR-(twin) or carbon lamps repectivly VSIR units. A new radiation concept facilitates fast heating up and cooling off times within seconds, a high speicific performance as well as high effect over a small area. It is guaranteed that a completely homogenous radiation horizontally and vertically an the substrates would be realized. Infrared radiation technology is-compared with other heating systems-particularly energy-saving because it works quickly, directly and gently. Control: The IR dryers are fitted with a the most modern PLCs, it controls and monitors all functions of the drying equipment.
