BelSonic SeamStar Modules Ultrasonic module to incorporate into custom built and automated production lines for the technical textile industry. An ideal and cost-effective way to incorporate continuous ultrasonic seaming, slitting or crosscutting into custom built and automated production lines for the technical textile industry. These modules feature a rotary ultrasonic system used in conjunction with a rotary pattern wheel to produce superior cutting & sealing results than stationary methods. The ultrasonic BelSonic SeamStar modules offer a variety of welding and cutting patterns that can be used to perfectly fuse and seal seams for both non-woven en woven materials. All BelSonic SeamStar modules include a motor drive for the ultrasonic system and for the pattern wheel.
