sonic Applications Our Belsonic Seamstar BS-004 machine is used in the garment industry for the making up of lingereie products, outdoor and sporting garments, all kind of garments where a seamless or sewfree seams are required. First the two fabric panels are being cut & sealed simultaneously by our Belsonic 004 ultrasonic sewing machine, leaving a minimal waste. After that when reopening up the fabrics there is nearly no visible seam and certainly no extra material thickness due to the welding of the seam. (see picture 01).
