Adsorption Dryer DRYPOINT AC 410 - 495

Adsorption Dryer DRYPOINT AC 410 - 495

Adsorption Dryer DRYPOINT AC 410 - 495

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the DRYPOINT® AC series of cold-regenerated adsorption dryers, which are designed to remove moisture from compressed air, achieving a pressure dew point of -40 °C, with an optional -70 °C. These dryers are equipped with features for energy efficiency and operational safety, including an innovative shuttle valve that ensures adequate purge air flow even during power failures.
Specifications: The DRYPOINT® AC series includes models AC 410 to AC 495, each with varying connection sizes, volumetric flow rates, and dimensions. All models operate within a pressure range of 4-16 bar and can handle inlet temperatures up to 50 °C. They are suitable for indoor installations at altitudes up to 2000 meters and can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from +4 to 50 °C.
Technical Features: The dryers feature integrated CLEARPOINT® pre- and after-filters, a BEKOMAT® condensate drain, and a user-friendly control interface. They are designed for easy transport and maintenance, with sturdy galvanised press fittings.
Operation Principle: The system uses two vessels filled with desiccant arranged in parallel. Compressed air is pre-filtered to remove particles and condensate, then dried in one vessel while the other undergoes regeneration. The switchover between vessels is based on fixed cycle times, with optional dew point-based switching available.
Energy Efficiency: The system includes compressor synchronisation control as standard, with optional dew point control for enhanced energy efficiency. The regeneration process uses a partial flow of dried air, depressurised and fed through the desiccant bed.
Additional Information: The document provides detailed technical data for each model, including dimensions, weight, and power consumption. It also includes correction factors for pressure dew point and inlet temperature adjustments.

Drying | DRYPOINT® AC 410 – 495 Cold-regenerated adsorption dryer The latest generation: DRYPOINT® AC The compact cold-regenerated DRYPOINT® AC adsorption dryer removes moisture from the compressed air to a pressure dew point of -40 °C (optional -70 °C). It comes with an efficient compressor synchronisation control as standard. For even greater energy efficiency, the system can be equipped with an optiona l dew point control. Reliable, innovative and safe The combination of integrated CLEARPOINT® pre- and after-filters, the BEKOMAT® condensate drain and the user-friendly intuitive control interface ensure highest operational safety. The innovative shuttle valve with an internal purge air line allows for adequate purge air flow even in the event of a power failure, making the system fail safe. Sturdy galvanised press fittings, easy to transport and access to all system components show that the unit has been designed with practicability in mind. Correction Factor Pressure dew point (PDP) The MS build series is required for pressure dew points of -70°C or pre-dried compressed air. DRYPOINT® AC MS series The models of the MS series use a adsorbent bed of a molecular sieve. It allows for pressure dew points as low as -70 °C. MS series dryers are also required for the treatment of pre-dried compressed air. Please contact us for detailed technical specifications.

Adsorption Dryer DRYPOINT AC 410 - 495-4

The cold-regenerated DRYPOINT® AC adsorption dryer ensures a continuous supply of high-quality air. Two vessels filled with desiccant (3) are arranged in parallel. The compressed air is fed through the CLEARPOINT® pre-filter with a BEKOMAT® condensate drain (1) that remove particles and condensate from the compressed air. From there, it flows through the shuttle valve (2) at the bottom and into the adsorption vessel (3). There, it is dried to the required pressure dew point. The compressed air then passes through the shuttle valve (4) at the top and a CLEARPOINT® after-filter (5) which removes...
