The fully automatic machine is optimized for carbide and bimetallic blades and can be applied in areas such as the steel trade, steel production, forging mills, machine manufacturing and the automotive industry. We have added CNC SMART cutting feature with ball screw spindle which is driven by servo motor, while the machine has zero cutting tolerances with servo feeding system. XS with smart cutting system makes the most efficient cutting by determining the optimal cutting parameters according to the type and size of the material in order to match the type of blade being used. These optimal cutting parameters reduce the tool costs and leave the best surface. CS Series CS = CS series are the ideal machines for mass production and bundle cutting of solid material, tube and profile. Servo feeding system with ball screw reduces cutting tolerances to zero error margin. PLC controlled user friendly colour touch screen allows to save 100 different cutting programs with 50 cutting steps. Hydraulic top clamping and hexagonal vice options are also available for bundle cutting. CH = CH series are the ideal machines for mass production and bundle cutting of solid material, tube and profile. It allows programming of 10 different cutting steps with PLC control panel.
