Features

The YAW-2000D is a computer-controlled servo hydraulic compression testing machine. It includes a load frame, servo oil source, control cabinet, and computer. The machine uses hydraulic load and an oil pressure transducer to measure load, with automatic control of the testing process via a PC-hydraulic servo system. The PC screen displays test data and curves, and offers data analysis, storage, and print functions.

The load frame features a twin leading screw tower structure. The crosshead is connected to the leading screw through a screw nut, with the downside of the leading screw fixed on the base by a snap ring and screw nut. A motor mounted on the crosshead drives the crosshead up and down. The upper platen is bolted to the crosshead, and the oil cylinder is centered on the base. The piston and working table are connected by bolts, and the lower platen and sphere base are fixed on the working bench by a fitting pin. When oil enters the cylinder, the piston is pushed up, raising the working table and lower platen to apply force on the specimen.

Features YAW-2000D computer controlled servo hydraulic compression testing machine is consisted of load frame, servo oil source, control cabinet, computer etc. It adopts hydraulic load, oil pressure transducer to measure load, auto control the testing process by PC-hydraulic servo system. Motor mounted on crosshead, chain wheel and chain rotate nut, reverse the direction of motor to drive crosshead up and down. The piston and working table are connected by bolts; lower platen and sphere base are fixed on working bench by fitting pin. When oil enters into oil cylinder, piston will be pushed up, so as to raise working table and lower platen, then to load force on specimen.
