Main FeaturesThe DVET series vector inverters are designed for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors equipped with a speed sensor. They offer ease of use and high flexibility, combined with exceptional dynamic performance and excellent control characteristics, ensuring maximum torque even at zero speed.
Special Functions- Motor Interface: Includes autotest for speed sensor, phase connections, and motor poles; measures electrical characteristics like stator resistance and rotor time constant; autotuning of current and flux regulators.
- Control Technology: Features speed, flux, voltage, and current regulation systems; maximum torque and current limits; regenerative operation during power loss; automatic temperature monitoring.
- Feedback Options: Supports TTL line drive encoder, sinusoidal encoder, and resolver.
Setup and Programming- PC supervision software with electronic oscilloscope function for easy setup and diagnostics.
- RS 485 serial port with Modbus protocol; optional field bus programming and diagnostics.
Power Specifications- Three-phase power supply 400 ÷ 440V, 50/60 Hz; external DC bus power supply option.
- IGBT power structure with built-in braking circuit; selectable switching frequency 3 ÷ 8.5 kHz.
- Overload capacity: 150% for 30 sec (S1), 200% for 30 sec (S2).
Control and Regulation- Field-oriented vector control with rotor resistance compensation; output frequency 0 ÷ 1,300 Hz.
- Independent ramps with linear or S profile.
Protections- Stored and displayed protections for phase-phase/phase-ground short circuits, braking resistance short circuit, inverter and motor overtemperature, overload, overvoltage, and undervoltage.
