Main Features
The DVET series vector inverters are designed for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors with feedback from speed sensors. They offer easy setup, flexibility, high performance, and exceptional torque at any speed, including zero rpm, with quiet and efficient operation.
Special Functions
  • Motor Interface: Auto test for speed sensor, U V W phases connection, and motor poles number. Measurement of motor characteristics such as stator resistance, leakage inductance, magnetising current, and rotor/stator time constant. Auto tuning of current and flux regulators and line compensation for rotor resistance variation.
  • Technology and Control: Features include regulation systems with speed, flux, or voltage and current loop, max torque and current set points, regeneration function, DC voltage limitation in braking mode, and inverter temperature self-monitoring.
  • Feedback Possibilities: Supports TTL line driver encoder, Sin/Cos encoder, and resolver.
  • Additional Functions: Electrical gearing, master/slave function, continuous positioning control, and indexing function for spindle applications.

  • PC monitor software with scope function for setup and diagnostics.
  • Parameters and alarms storing and displaying.
  • RS485 serial port with Modbus protocol.
  • Diagnostic and programming keypad and fieldbus options.

  • Output frequency: 0 ÷ 1,300 Hz.
  • Independent ramps with S or linear motion profile.

  • Drive diagnostics for short-circuit, over temperature, motor overload, over/under voltage, and torque/current limits.

  • 8 opto-isolated digital inputs, 3 speed reference inputs, 2 analogue inputs, digital potentiometer function, 2 analogue outputs, 3 digital outputs, tacho generator output, and simulated encoder output.

  • Communication cards: CAN BUS, PROFIBUS DP, RS232/485 interface.
  • MULTIDRIVE software for various operating modes.
  • Feedback boards and accessories like remote keypad, clamping resistors, line inductors, and EMC filters.
