BCN3D Omega I60
The BCN3D Omega I60 utilizes Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) technology with an Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) architecture. It offers a printing volume of 450 x 300 x 450 mm and features a heated, fully enclosed build chamber with air filtering capabilities, including an H13 HEPA filter and a carbon filter. The printer supports multiple printing modes: single, duplication, mirror, and dual mode.
Extruder System
The printer is equipped with direct drive Bondtech LGX Pro extruders and quick-swap hotend tips for 1.75mm filaments. It includes an automatic calibration system for accurate Z homing, bed leveling, and XYZ offset calibration.
Electronics and Firmware
The Omega I60 features a Toradex ARM Compute Module and BCN3D Electronics with integrated stepper drivers. It runs on a 32-bit ATSAME51A processor with BCN3D Embedded Linux and Marlin 2.1.x firmware.
Heated Bed and Screen
The heated bed can reach up to 120ºC and includes a silicone thermal pad and flexible printing surface. The printer is operated via a 7" IPS full-color capacitive touchscreen.
Connectivity
The printer supports offline printing via USB and online printing through WiFi or Ethernet. It is compatible with WiFi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.
