EsMatix 3
The EsMatix 3 is a safety switching device designed to protect hazardous areas in machinery and plant operations. It is characterized by its fast response time, compact design, and features such as external device monitoring (EDM) and a program & diagnostic display.
Technical Specifications
- Electrical Data: Operates on 24 VDC or 24 VAC with a power consumption of max. 3 VA. It supports 1 or 2 sensors with 8.2 kOhm termination and has safety outputs with a max. on resistance of 2 Ohm.
- Response Times: Actuation response time is less than 5 ms, recovery time is less than 30 ms, and switch-on time is less than 300 ms.
- Displays: Operation is indicated by green, safety shutdown by orange, and faults by red.
- Ambient Conditions: The device is rated IP30, operates between -20°C to +60°C, and can be stored between -40°C to +70°C with air humidity below 95% (non-condensing).
