Specifications:
Spacers Form G (PN 10) are reinforced with a resilient metal core for lengths ranging from 20 to 60 mm. They are available in various diameters (DN) from 15 to 500 mm, with specific external and internal diameters, and weights provided for each size.

Materials and Construction:
The spacers are made from carbon steel and stainless steel. They can be lined with PTFE (virgin or conductive) or PP (up to DN 300). Special features include earthing studs and final painting. Construction dimensions for DN 15 and DN 450 are not defined in DIN 2848.

Pressure Ratings:
In addition to PN 10, other pressure rates available are PN 16, PN 25, and PN 40.

Standard Lengths:
Standard lengths available from stock include 25 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm.

Vacuum Resistance:
Vacuum resistance varies with lining thickness and temperature, with full, limited, or no vacuum resistance indicated for different DN sizes at 23°C, 100°C, and 230°C.
