The TBA 100 T1 is a hydraulic-driven, trailer-based deep drilling unit designed for the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Hoisting and Top Drive System
The hoisting system utilizes a cylinder system with a pulling capacity of 100 tons and a pull-down capacity of 22 tons. The top drive is hydraulically driven, offering a load capacity of 100 tons and a maximum drilling torque of 36,000 Nm (26,550 ft-lbs). It supports variable speeds up to 330 rpm and is powered by a 200 kW (272 HP) engine.

Engine and Hydraulic System
The unit is powered by a Caterpillar C 27 ACERT engine with a rated power of 708 kW (950 HP). It includes a diesel tank capacity of 2,500 liters (675 gallons) and a hydraulic system with a full variable flow and load sensing capabilities. The hydraulic tank holds 1,250 liters.

Pipe Handling and Safety Features
The automated pipe handling system allows for hands-off operations, enhancing safety by eliminating the need for a fingerboard. The system can handle drill pipes and casings up to Range III. Safety is further ensured through anti-collision systems and reduced manpower requirements.

Transport and Setup
The unit is designed for fast and safe transport and setup, reducing costs and environmental impact. It is mounted on a semi-trailer that complies with road regulations and features integrated levelling jacks for positioning.
