Module Functionality
The MIE 210-3K5 module functions as an RPM and hectare counter, with reset capabilities via a console button. It includes notifications for low RPM, minimum product level, and distributor failure.
Width and Diameter Configuration
Configuration is done using DIP switches inside the controller. Disconnect power before adjusting.
- Width settings range from 3m to 6m.
- Diameter settings range from 710cm to 770cm.
Modify Sensor Type
Sensors can be NPN or PNP. Adjust the RPM jumper accordingly.
Reset Worked Hectares
Hold the button for 4 seconds to reset.
Warnings
- Low RPM: Intermittent signal every 0.3 seconds.
- Minimum Product Level: Signal every 0.6 seconds, repeated three times, with a "MINIMUM LEVEL" message on the LCD.
- Distributor Failure: Signal every second, with a "DISTRIBUTION FAILURE" message on the LCD.
Wiring
Ensure correct connection to sensors, considering whether they are PNP or NPN.
