Electrical Control
The Mobile Bin Tipper is equipped with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel, positioned for easy maintenance access in compliance with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). It features upper and lower travel limit switches to prevent accidental adjustments, which can be fine-tuned by trained personnel. The machine operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle, requiring continuous pressure on the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ buttons to function, stopping immediately when released. The control panel includes a volt-free pair of contacts for optional ‘Call to Run’ signal integration.
