BPS PLASTIC PIEZO BUTTON
The BPS Plastic Piezo Button is a switch made from Polyoxymethylene (POM) with a 22mm mounting diameter and a 25.7mm flat actuation area. It features a one-piece construction and is mounted with a nut. The plastic housing is available in White, Red, and Black.
The switch complies with several standards: MIL-STD - 810C, 202E, 461B, 462, CE compliance with Directives 2006/95/EEC for low voltage components, and IP69K rating compatible with IEC 60529 and EN 60529. It also meets EMC Directive 2004/108/EWG.
The switch is IP69 rated, completely submersible, and has proven reliability with over 50,000,000 tested cycles. It offers high strength, hardness, and rigidity, operates in temperatures from -40 to +90 °C, and comes with a five-year warranty. Customization options include cable, wires & connectors, switch function, current rating, and color choices.
The switch is normally open (N.O.) momentary with a voltage range of 0-24 AC/DC and a standard current of 0.2A (0.5A optional). It has a rated breaking capacity of 1W, switch resistance OFF > 5 MΩ, and ON < 20 Ω. The capacity is 30 pF with a pulse duration of 125-300m and free polarity contact configuration.
The actuating force required is 3-5 Newton. The housing material is Plastic POM, and the connection options include cable, wires, or pins. It has shock protection rated at IK 06 and a fastening torque of 2.5 Nm.
The operating temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, and the storage temperature range is -40 to +85 °C. The switch has IP69K protection for both front and back.
