Pressure mode and vacuum mode can be easily switched by switch valve. To guarantee an excellent metrology-logic characteristics, all pistons and cylinders are made of tungsten carbide. Because of the extreme hardness of this material, the pressure distortion (expansion) coefficient is negligible.
