Vibration pens are small-size, easy and simple devices for vibration state registration of industrial equipment on accepted standards (ISO:10816). In the devices there is measurement of vibration velocity and vibration acceleration according to ISO requirements. Model BALTECH VP-3407-2 is fitted with possibility of measurement of enveloped acceleration signal that allows to determine real situation of bearings in the rotary machinery and it is a unique parameter of these systems. In new line of products of portable vibration meters development engineers of BALTECH GmbH took into account all users’ wishes, such as: • measurement of 4 parameters (D, V, A, En); • bright, easy-to-read 4-symbol mono display with information renewal rate – 1 second; • device service time was increased till 100 hours that allows to carry out about 4 000 measurements; • vibration pen housing is made of high-tensile metal; • changeable feeler gauges are included delivery set for ease of use in different conditions and also magnets and remote-control switch for accurate measurement execution.
