For the reliable, accurate and quick assembly of bearings, sealing, sleeves, support roller drives and shaft pulleys BALTECH advises to use the special set of assembly tools called BALTECH TOOLS. It includes shatterproof polymer rings, which help to avoid the contact of metal surfaces and respectively to avoid possible damages of the shaft surfaces. The shock sleeves are adapted to the human hand; also there is a special and ergonomic inertia-free hammer. The peculiarity of the bearing assembly by means of the BALTECH TOOLS set is that the faces of the inner and outer rings are situated within one plane, the shock rings equally distribute the effort to the bearing ring, assembled with tension, and the attached impulse during the shock doesn’t go through the rolling bodies, and therefore one can avoid damaging the bearing races. In a whole the bearing isn’t damaged when being assembled and in future it can be correctly and reliably operated. To make it convenient all highly proof rings are marked.
