Specifications
The RNC281-RT87-2030 is a coordinate riveting machine with a rotary indexing table. It supports rivet shank diameters up to 12 mm, generates force up to 17.00 kN, and has a stroke length of up to 40 mm. The forming process is radial, and the machine includes an index table with a diameter of 870 mm. The XY table travel is X=300 mm and Y=200 mm, with pneumatic force generation.

Features
The machine is equipped with a round table in a work cell with a safety enclosure. It includes process monitoring and control via the HPP-25 system, allowing for 63 riveting programs and 45 riveting modes with 6 different control parameters. An integrated logger function records all data, and the machine offers Ethernet and USB interfaces. It features a 5.7” touchscreen LED backlit display.
