DODGE PARA-FLEX G-Series Couplings

DODGE PARA-FLEX Elements
These elements feature reinforced fabric tension cords to prevent tire pull-out, accommodate significant misalignment, and come with a 5-year limited warranty.

D-FLEX™ Elastomeric Sleeve Couplings
These couplings handle shock, vibration, and misalignment with a four-way flexing action, constructed with high-strength materials and offering a range of torque capacities.

DODGE GRID-LIGN™ Couplings
Compact and high in torque capability, these couplings feature a flexible tapered element that isolates vibration and cushions shock loads, interchangeable with other taper-grid style couplings.

DODGE Gear Couplings
Power-dense with high torque and speed ratings, these couplings have a superior sealing system and the largest bore capacity in the industry.

Chain Couplings
Offering flexibility in shaft attachment, these couplings are protected by aluminum covers for extended service life and are cost-effective for coupling two shafts.

Other DODGE Couplings & Soft Starts
Includes POLY-DISC™ couplings, which cushion shock loads and require no maintenance, and TAPER-LOCK RIGID couplings, which connect shafts of different diameters without maintenance. The POWERPLUS™ coupling combines features of metallic and elastomeric couplings for efficient performance.

PLUS Coupling Specifications
Sizes range from 58 to 480 with a bore range of 0.75" to 5.71" and an outer diameter (O.D.) range of 58mm to 480mm.

POLY-DISC Coupling Specifications
Sizes range from 2.625 to 10 with a bore range of 0.5" to 3.25" and an O.D. range of 2.63" to 10". It has a misalignment capability of 2° angular, 0.03125" parallel, and 0.03125" end float. No lubrication is required due to the use of hardened synthetic rubber elements.

DODGE FLUID Couplings
These are fixed fill mechanical soft start devices using hydrokinetic energy to transmit torque, providing smooth operation, reducing motor amp draw, and offering overload protection and torsional vibration absorption.

DODGE FLEXIDYNE
This mechanical soft start device offers smooth acceleration with reduced motor current draw, operating at 100% efficiency without requiring additional power supply or programming.

Ribbed Couplings
These couplings have rated load capacities of ANSI 1018 and can operate at speeds up to 5360 RPM, with specifications including sizes from 1 to 7, a bore range of 1" to 7", and an O.D. range of 3.625" to 15.5".
