Overview
This document provides technical specifications for the PLP model platform manufactured by Balanças Marques in Europe. It is designed for weighing rolling loads such as trolleys or pallet trucks.

Specifications
The platform features a low profile with a height of only 55 mm, making it suitable for ground installation without the need for a pit. It is available in painted steel with zinc epoxy primer and polyurethane enamel or in stainless steel AISI 304 with a glass-jet finish. The platform is supported by four cells that comply with IP68 protection standards and have a CE approval certificate.

Design and Construction
Each cell is supported by a pivoting foot with a kneecap system to ensure stability against lateral forces. The cells are connected via an aluminum mixing box compliant with IP66 standards.

Dimensions and Capacity
The platform is available in various dimensions and capacities:

• 80 x 80 cm: 150 kg (50 g division), 300 kg (100 g division), 600 kg (200 g division)
• 100 x 100 cm: 300 kg (100 g division), 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 100 x 125 cm: 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 125 x 100 cm: 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 125 x 125 cm: 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 125 x 150 cm: 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 150 x 125 cm: 600 kg (200 g division), 1,500 kg (500 g division)
• 150 x 150 cm: 1,500 kg (500 g division)

Optional Features
An optional second ramp is available in dimensions ranging from 80 x 50 cm to 150 x 50 cm, in both painted and stainless steel versions.
