Bakon has developed a new concept to print semi-liquid products like glaze, chocolate, fondant, vegetable coating etc. on your products. The semi-liquid products can be applied very precisely. It is also possible to print pattern, texts or logo’s. New technology The patterns, texts or logo’s will be uploaded by using a special designed software program. The program heads on a special printing head with holes. This technology makes it possible to print all kinds of patterns, texts or logo’s, on the condition that the product has a consistent quality and viscosity. Operation The automatic Glaze Printing machine is specially designed to apply semi-liquid products at the right temperature in every possible shape on the existing products. Glaze, chocolate, fondant or cold types of glaze will be pumped out of the tank/kettle into the circuit. If necessary a heat exchanger can be added to the circuit to heat the liquids. The product sensor at the beginning of the conveyor will detect the products so the printing will start at the exact right moment. The machine is easy to operate and easy to clean. The machine is, as you would expect of Bakon, heavy duty, made of stainless steel and is movable. The conveyor is executed with poly-cords, which are easy to clean. During the production process dirt will be scraped off by a scraper. The speed is adjustable through the control panel. The pump will be heated when using chocolate or a coating. Glaze Printing machine Programming of the different recipes takes place by using the touch screen, which is integrated in the machine.The touch screen can contain a maximum of 25 recipes. The following parameters can be saved: • heating on/off • temperature of the heating system • pump on/off • conveyor on/off • speed conveyor • design of a pattern, motif or logo. Create your own texts or drawings with a special, for this purpose, designed pen. Drawings, logo’s or patterns can also be loaded by using a specially made USB port.
