Introduction
Bakker Magnetics b.v. offers flexible magnetic materials designed for enhanced holding force on magnetically receptive surfaces. These materials are available in flat strips and custom extrusions, suitable for various applications and can be laminated with different coatings, including strong adhesives for outdoor use.

Calendered Sheeting / Strip
Product Description: The flexible magnetic material features high-intensity magnetic polarity lines on one surface, with optimal magnetic strength inside the roll. The tractive force varies from 20 to 100 g/cm² depending on thickness and quality.
Physical Properties: The material is stable between -15°C to 55°C, with short-term resistance up to 70°C. It offers excellent weather resistance and flexibility, allowing bending without cracking around a 25.4 mm diameter rod at 20°C for sheets up to 1.5 mm thickness. It is machinable and has a density of 3.7 – 3.8 g/cm³.
Available Coatings / Adhesives: Options include standard matte and high-gloss white welded coatings, standard laminated colors, and a range of pressure-sensitive adhesive backings.
Applications: Suitable for sales promotions, die-cut letters and numbers, educational toys, display boards, decoration panels, nameplates, signage, advertising specialties, and games.

Extrusions
Product Description: Custom-designed extrusions and cut parts are available to meet specific requirements, with options for standard and high-energy strips, magnetized or not.
Patterns of Magnetisation: Options include axially magnetized and multipole magnetization on one side with 2, 3, 5, and 9 pole combinations.
Applications: Ideal for pop-up displays, profiles for shower and refrigerator doors, poster displays, secondary glazing, visual planning, magnetic knife racks, and shelf labeling.
