- Winders and Unwinders: Designed for handling webs of plastic film, paper, laminates, and non-woven materials. They feature a machined box, profile, or plate construction with an accumulator using low-friction membrane cylinders and precision pressure regulators.
- Un- and Rewind Unit: Capable of handling roll diameters up to 1200 mm, working widths between 800 - 2000 mm, and production speeds up to 150 m/min. Material thickness ranges from 30 to 300 µm.
- Contact roller unit with ball guidance and anti-stick coating.
- Pneumatically operated contact roller carriage with parallel holder, coupler shaft, pinion, and toothed racks.
- Electronically controlled pressure and pneumatically expanding winding shaft.
- Splice table with pneumatically web clamping.
